Electronic Industries' liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price. All clerical and product specification errors are subject to correction.

These commodities, technology, or software are subject to the United States Export Administration regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. law and other relevant export controls is prohibited. Open Account

We extend credit to qualified institutions and companies. Application for open account status should include appropriate trade and financial references.

If you are in the U.S.A. and would like to open an account, please call Electronic Industries at 800-445-0222 or fax us at 920-235-4233 and we will email or fax you a credit application. Open Account terms are NET 30 days unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited. Prices are guaranteed for in stock items only. Prices on backorders may be subject to change. You will be notified prior to shipping with the occurrence of a price adjustment on a backorder.

Delivery

Freight will be FOB shipping point unless other arrangements are made.

Minimum

$10.00 minimum billing is requested on all domestic orders.
$100.00 USD minimum billing is requested for all non-domestic orders.
Payment is requested via wire transfer on domestic orders over $1500.00.

Returns

Prior authorization in the form of an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained to return any item. Requests for return must reference the customer purchase order number and our invoice number. All returns must be sent labeled with an RMA number visible on the outside of the package or they will be refused. Material returned must be sent freight prepaid and may be subject to a restocking charge. Special non-catalog products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Shortages or Damaged Merchandise

Claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt.

Quotations

In addition to confirming catalog price schedules, we welcome requests for quotation on products and quantities not listed in our catalog or website. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

Taxes and Freight

Where applicable, Federal, State, and Local taxes will be applied. Taxes and freight charges will be determined at the time of invoicing.

Warranty

Since we do not control the use or application of the products we sell, there are no express warranties extended beyond the descriptions contained herein. We are not responsible for any consequential or indirect damages resulting from the application and use of these products. Since we only distribute products manufactured by others, we expressly limit our liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees we pass through to the customer. In no event is Electronic Industries liable for consequential damage.
